At Make-A-Craft, we want to exceed your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a refund for any unused credits within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How It Works

Eligibility

The refund is available to all customers within the first 14 days of their initial purchase excluding the following circumstances:

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • if you have not made a purchase
  • if you have previously received a refund
  • if you have consumed all of your credits
  • if you have violated our terms of service

Requesting a refund

To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team at support@makeacraft.com within the 14-day period. Please contact us from the email you used to sign up to Make-A-Craft, state that you'd like a refund for unused credits and, if you're comfortable sharing it - kindly offer a reason. This really helps us improve and is greatly appreciated.

Why is the refund pro-rated?

We offer a pro-rated refund based on the number of credits you have remaining from your purchase. We incur computational costs for each credit you use, and we need to cover these costs to continue providing you with a high-quality service and to prevent abuse of our policy.

Processing the refund

Once we receive your request, we'll process your refund promptly. We will refund a pro-rated amount of your original payment based on the number of credits you have remaining from your purchase. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days to reflect in your account.

After the 14-Day period

We're unable to offer refunds after the initial 14-day period.
